Dear Steve & Yvette and Camp Eureka,
I am writing this card to express how thankful I am for Camp Eureka. The people I have met and the friends I have made are so special to me. Every time I leave camp I am always thinking about the next year and what adventures it will bring. The backpacking trip this year was amazing and challenging and I made so many great friends! I can’t wait till next year. I love Camp Eureka! Great people, great food, great laughs, great times and great adventures!

We’ve officially begun our 11th season of Camp Eureka. We’re making candles, foraging in the garden, swimming in the lake, singing, juggling, dancing in the kitchen! The backpackers are out in the wilderness with Jeff, Nicole and Paul. The sun is shining and we are happy!
The swallows have been swooping and singing around the garden, each couple claiming their home for the spring. Today, we did a little spring cleaning of each of the bird houses, making repairs, cleaning out old nests, making room for the new. It’s a beautiful sunny spring day, a good day to assess the garden fence and begin to prepare for the coming season. We’ve also decided where the new eating area will be for all the campers preparing to come to camp this July! Looking forward to receiving your applications for camp! Hurry!
